Jennifer R. Beltz
Jennifer R. Beltz received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Emory University in 1993. She then went to Florida State University College of Law and received her Juris Doctor degree, graduating cum laude in 1996. While attending Florida State University College of Law, she was a member and officer of the Student Bar Association, and president of the Mock Trial Team, attending state, regional and national competitions. She also interned with the Attorney General’s office in Tallahassee, Florida, prior to working at Beltz & Ruth.
Ms. Beltz is a member of the prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, having championed the rights of injured persons and helping her clients seek justice, for the last 13 years. The ability to help people at what is oftentimes a most difficult time in their lives, is what draws Ms. Beltz to this profession.
Ms. Beltz has handled trials as lead attorney at Beltz & Ruth, and has assisted colleagues with numerous cases tried by the firm during her tenure, in the areas of automobile negligence, medical malpractice and nursing home neglect. She has also handled appeals and argued before the Second District Court of Appeal.
Ms. Beltz is a member of the Florida Bar Association, Florida Justice Association, St. Petersburg Bar Association and the American Association for Justice. She is admitted to practice before all Florida and Minnesota courts, and the Federal Middle District Court of Florida.
When she is not working to protect other families, Ms. Beltz enjoys spending time with her own family, especially her young daughter.
