A 66 year-old man from Florida was recently killed in an accident while riding on his motorcycle with a group of other riders.

The man was trying to pass a pickup with a trailer attached to it, when the pickup truck took a turn in front of the motorcycle causing the collision.  The Florida man was thrown from the vehicle and landed on top of the trailer.  

The man was the owner of several dealerships for Harley-Davidson motorcycles.  He was attempting to attend a motorcycle rally to be held in Sturgis, South Dakota before the accident took his life.

The Palatka Fruit Market on United States Highway 17 was destroyed this morning after a large logging truck crashed into the structure. 

The driver of the truck passed out behind the wheel of the vehicle and crashed into the fruit market.   There was one worker inside the fruit market at the time of the accident.  The worker saw the truck approaching and was able to avoid injury by running away from the building.   

The fruit market was worth an estimated $250,000.  It has since been declared as unsafe for occupancy by the city.

The wife of famous NBA basketball player Shaquille O'Neal was recently involved in a car accident that occurred in Orlando.

The wife of the iconic basketball player was inside a town car with another passenger being driven by a hired driver.  Another vehicle then reportedly slammed into the back of the vehicle causing damage to both vehicles and injuring the occupants.

The wife of the basketball star was taken to the emergency room for treatment and evaluation.  Her injuries are reported as minor and she is recovering at home.

A 60 year-old man was killed Friday as he was snorkeling off of the Florida coast.  The man was snorkeling off of the coast of Steinhatchee when the accident occurred.

The man was underwater when a 21-pontoon boat with multiple passengers struck the man.  The boat stopped and tried to help the man pulling him into the boat, performing first aid, and taking him to shore.  

Once emergency workers arrived at the scene,  the man was pronounced dead from his injuries. No charges have yet been filed in the accident. The accident currently remains under investigation.

A 52 year-old motorcycle rider was killed earlier this morning in an accident involving a motorcycle and a car.

The motorcyclist was driving on U.S. Highway 1 when the accident took place. Around 12:30 a.m., the driver of the motorcycle was hit from behind by the pickup truck.  The driver of the motorcycle was ejected from the vehicle.  The motorcyclist was not wearing a helmet at the time of the accident. The driver of the other car was arrested shortly after the accident under suspicion of driving under the influence.
