Car accident victim returns home from two-year hospital stay

The victim of a car accident two years ago finally returned home from his hospital stay Wednesday. The accident involved John Graziano, who was in the hospital for two years with brain injuries, and Nick Hogan, the son of the former wrestling star Hulk Hogan.

Hogan lost control of his car August 26, 2007 and smashed his car into a tree, injuring Graziano in the process. For a reckless driving conviction, Hogan spent five months in prison. Graziano also filed a civil lawsuit against Hogan to recoup medical expenses. The lawsuit is still pending.
