• From I-275, take Exit 23A ramp onto I-375/The Pier. This becomes 4th Avenue North.
• Go to 2nd Street North and turn right (south).
• The Wachovia Plaza building is located on the corner of 2nd Avenue and 2nd Street.

• Park on the street or in the Baywalk Parking Garage on 2nd Street, between 2nd and 1st Avenue North.

• Take the Veteran’s Expressway.
• Merge onto the Suncoast Parkway and then exit at Highway 50 (Brooksville/Weeki Wachee).
• Head east on 50 toward Brooksville to Highway 41.
• Go north on 41 (signs are well posted at intersections in Brooksville).
• You will come into Inverness and pass the historic courthouse.
• The first light past the courthouse is Seminole Avenue. Go through the light and take your next right onto Osceola Avenue.
• The office is three and one-half blocks down on your left.

• Take I-275 South to I-75 South.
• Take Exit 39 West (Fruitville Road).
• Proceed west to Highway 301.
• Turn North (right) on 301 and go three blocks.
• Gray single-story building is on the left at the corner of 7th and 301.

• Go west on Manatee Avenue from 301/41 to 12th Street West (Old Main Street).
• Take a right (north) on 12th Street West.
• The office is in a blue building on the left at the far end of the block in the Wallace Building.

• From I-275, take Howard/Armenia exit. Turn right.
• Go south on Armenia, one-way to Platt.
• Turn left onto Platt and stay in the far left-hand lane. Go one mile.
• Alexander Building is on the left. Two-story red brick building with white columns.

• Building has a parking lot. Parking is free.
• If wheelchair access is needed, there is a ramp in the back of the building.
• If the lot is full, park in the lot adjacent to the office on the west side.

Via 1-275 South

• I-275 South over Howard Frankland Bridge to SR 688 –Ulmerton Road exit.
• Head west approximately three miles on SR 688 (Ulmerton Rd) until road forks (SR688 and SR686.)
• Stay on SR688 (center or left thru lane.) You will go under an overpass.
• Make a right on Automobile Blvd. Automobile Blvd is the second right (Parliament Lane, then Automobile Blvd) past the overpass (also known as 46th street.)
• Make first right into the Ulmerton Business Center. Look for ERS sign on the right.

Via I-275 North

• Take 1-275 to SR 686 (Clearwater-Largo exit.)
• Head west on Roosevelt/SR686 approximately one mile until road curves left onto SR 688.
• Head west on SR 688, which is Ulmerton until road forks (SR 688 and SR 686.)
• Stay on SR688 (center or left thru lane.) You will go under an overpass.
• Make a right on Automobile Blvd. Automobile Blvd is the second right (Parliament Lane, then Automobile Blvd) past the overpass (also known as 46th street.)
• Make first right into the Ulmerton Business Center. Look for ERS sign on the right.

Via US 19

• Take US 19 to SR 688 – Ulmerton Road.
• Head east on Ulmerton approximately two miles to Automobile Boulevard.
• Make a left on Automobile Blvd (also known as 46th Street.) The Ulmerton Business Center is on your right. Our office is on the right under the ERS sign.

Once you turn into the office complex, take the first right to Building 1.
